An individual who has 7th class pass and not qualified 10th & 12th, he qualified the preparatory programme of Yashwantrao Chavan Univiersity, Nasik and got graduation degree from Yashwantrao chavan university, Nasik. Is he is eligible for Government jobs as per his graduation degree.

If you have completed your degree from a recognised Open University then surely it will make you eligible for government jobs. In case of law degree approval of Bar Council of India is very essential. Therefore, if a job wants a BCI approved law degree then you have to make sure that you do it from a regular college.
