Default Re: Difference between Ph.D and M.phil?

M.PHIL stands for Master of Philosophy

PhD stands for Doctor of Philosophy

** You want to choose between PhD and M.Phil then I have to say that both are good degree and after getting one of these degrees you have very good chance for Government Job.

** The difference is between duration of these courses is that M.Phil course duration is 2 years and PhD course duration is 3 years.

** The eligibility for both courses is that the applicant should have Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks. (50% for SC/ST/OBC Candidates).
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
