Does IISc conduct admissions to Msc programs every semester? Please tell me if this info is correct

The institute conducts admission only once a year. It is possible to secure admission only in the first semester. Generally the application for these institutes is available only in the months of February and March. You need to appear for the GATE exam to secure admission. The course begins in the month of August.
