Dear friend,

SBI ATM card does not proofs of your identity in any

terms as it does not contain any information about you

except your name which is useless information as it does

not contains photograph of you.

Also if you think that having your name of your's on the

cad should prove the identity, I would like to justify that

if you lose your ATM card and someone gets it, he will surely

use it as the identity card of his by saying that he is the person

with that name. So, you can't show your ATM card at a place

where you are asked to show the identity proof.

No, SBI ATM Card doesn't have the proof of Identity card because it not give information about you. No any government or private company accept ATM card for the Identity proof for any person.

This is common thing that ID proof is that on which we paste our photo and signature.
On SBI ATM card we provide our name and signature so this is not a valid ID proof.

my tenth certicate is eligible foe appling sbi debitcard .i completed my b.e recently so i want apply sbi card so my tenth class certifacate is eligible...........

No, Sbi Atm card does not serve a purpose of your identity proof because it neither have your photo proof nor your address proof. It only have name on itself which is useless.

someone can get information about me if he is having my atm card.

will be there be any technical problem i.e while withdrawal of cash from ATM machine or using it as debit card if the signature on back side of SBI ATM card doesnt tally accurately with the signature on application form? Reply asap.

do you have any your bank cards othere than atm card,where by our photo can be pasted and can be used as id proof
