hhi dear,You can sit for the exam and you will have all four. You have to get the degree by August 2010 i.e. before main exam. As you are in the final year, it is also possible.

you are not eligiable to write CSAT exam. as validity of csat rank is only 6th month. so when you will be in 4th year, you will be eligible to write csat exam. all the best......... |

NO you can apply only in your final year not now.
Or after completion of degree subject to following condition. well here is a little table to answer all your questions Category age limit attempts gen 21-30 4 OBC 21-33 7 sc/st 21-35 no limit age as on 1st of august of the year of exam. you cannot appear for the examination.because you should have completed youir graduation.and your age should be between 21 to 30 years . you can write the prelimnary examination when you are in the final semester of your course. all the best.
