By doing an MBA you will be going in for a managerial role job. If you choose to do a Ph.D then you will be going into the research or teaching profile. If you want to continue to work in the industry then MBA is good, otherwise you can go for Ph.D.

sir i did my bachelors of engineering in computer sciencein anna university.i did my metch in karnataka state open universityand also goin to complete my mba in hrm in annamalai university.would like to do phd .am confuseed whether i hav to go for phd in comptr science or phd in mba.i got 5 yrs of teaching experience .would like to go in teaching filed itself.which one is scope in order to join in an arts or technology colleges.plz sugest me.am living abroad also.
