Eligibility criteria for 3 years LLB after MBA?
I am completed my Graduation from Maharashtra but I do not have 40% score in Graduation. I am completed my MBA from Jaipur National University through distance education. Can I eligible for 3 years LLB?

LLB is three year course and the eligibility to pursue the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline.
The required aggregate to appear for the entrance examination or to apply for admission in the course and there is also relaxation in the aggregate for the reserved category. So, you can appear for the examination and after qualifying in the examination eligible for admission in the course. You can get detail information about the admission from the official website of the institute from where you want to get the admission. |

Eligibility criteria for 3 years LLB after MBA:-
The eligible Candidate aspiring for LLB degree must be an Indian citizen having completed graduation degree in any stream of education with at least 40 marks from a recognised University with in the age of 30 years. Some reputed Institutions conduct admission on the basis of marks secured in entrance exam like CLAT others conduct admission to LLB course basing on the mark secured in graduation level. |

Yes, you can surely pursue 3 year LLB even after completing your MBA. There are various colleges such as Delhi University, ILS, Pune and Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University’s New Law College, Pune which offers 3 years course.
The candidate should: Have passed Graduation(10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline from a recognized College/University, having secured minimum 45% marks in aggregate for general category and 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST category. |

LLB is Bachelor in Law. It is three year course from a recognised university. The eligibility to pursue the course is that candidate must have passed minimum bachelor degree from a recognised university. There is no upper age limit to pursue the course.

The eligibility criteria for 3 years LLB is a candidate must have passed graduation in any discipline with a minimum score of 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. There is no age limit to apply for this course. Admission to this course is either through an entrance test else some universities offer admission based on merit.

After MBA in marketing it is very good option to do LLB and one can pursue 3 years LLB degree course after MBA in marketing provided full feeling required eligibility criteria.

LLB stands for Bachelor of Legislative Law or simply Bachelor of Law, the basic education required to pursue the same degree course is a graduation degree in any discipline with at least 45% marks jn aggregate from a recognized university.
So, having managed less than 40% marks in your graduation degree you are not eligible for pursuing LLB degree course even if you have completed postgraduation degree course as admission in LLB degree is based on the performance in graduation degree course. |

To be eligible for admission in the LL.B.-3 Year degree program, the candidate should have passed Graduation(10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline from a recognized College/University, having secured minimum 45% marks in aggregate for general category and 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST category. Candidates appearing/appeared for the Annual Examination in March/April and those appearing in semester examinations in May-June are also eligible to apply.
