Dear friend
Yes definately, After 12th you are Eligible to join NDA. And the Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply in NDA Examination. While appear for NDA, You must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to National Defence Academy. The minimum acceptable height is 157.5 cms. AGE ELIGIBLITY - A candidate must be an unmarried male and have attained the age of 16.5 years and must not have attained the age 19 years on the 1st January or 1st of July of the year succeeding the year of examination. If you can fulfill these conditions, then definately you are eligible to appear in NDA examination after 12th. |

check the below given eligibility criteria... it will help you..... UPSC conducts National Defence Academy ( NDA ) Entrance Exam. This leads to admission in Army, Navy & Air Force wings. This is conducted twice every year generally in April & September. Those who wants to proceed their career in defence, should go for this. The eligibility criteria for NDA exam is as follows : Age, sex & marital status – Only males can apply. The applicant should be at least 16 1/2 yrs. of age & should not be more than 19 yrs on 1st Jan or 1st July of the year in which exam is to held. The applicant should be unmarried & can not marry until the training period. If he does so then all the expenditures incurred on him by the government has to be refunded. Educational Qualification – The candidate should be at least 12th pass under the 10+2 pattern or equivalent conducted by State education Board or University ( For Naval & Air Force wings, the candidates should have physics & mathematics as compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam). The candidate appearing in the qualifying exam can also apply. Nationality – The candidate should be either an Indian or a subject of Bhutan or Nepal or Tibetan refugee. Physical Standards – The candidates should fulfill the physical standards as mentioned in order to qualify himself for the exam. Anybody having minor ailments like ear wax, hernia, hydrocele / phimosis, DNS, gynaecomastia, piles, varicocele, tonsillitis should undergo rectification as soon as possible so that medical examination carried out at military hospital will be speedily. He should fulfill the following criteria - * should be good physical & mental health & free from any disability or disease which is likely to interfere with the performance. * should not be overweight or under weight. He should not have weakly constitution. * Height should be at least 157.5 cms & 162.5cms for Air Force wing. * Chest should be fully expanded. Eligibility Criteria for NDA Exam is the person must have completed their 10+2th with the Science. The guys have to score at least 60% in the their 10+2th for appear in the NDA. |

YES it is possible. You will be eligible for the NDA if you fulfill following eligibility criteria
1)Nationality;you must follow i) a citizen of India, or ii) a subject of Bhutan, or iii) a subject of Nepal, or iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India with the intention of permanently settling in India, or v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. 2)candidate must be an unmarried male and have attained the age of 16 1/2 years and must not have attained the age 19 years on the 1st January or 1st of July of the year succeeding the year of examination.Person should not marry in the training. 3)the candidate must have done 10+2 or appearing for the 12th . 4)he must be physically fit . |

you are certainly eligible for giving an NDA exam after the completion of your +2 keeping in mind following points... age group must be between 16.5 to 19, you must have opted for pcm in +1 and +2 in order to complete your written exam, you must be physically fit for the SSB exam and you must have the interest in the career opted for. |

if you complete 12th class then you eligible for NDA examination. the eligibility criteria is 1. only male can apply. 2. age between 16 1/2 to 19. 3. not married untill training period. 4. 12th pass . 5. nationality- indian. 6. physical standard- normal. 7. height between 157.5 to 162.5. thanking you.

yes you can give nda exam every after 6 months but u should have maths in +2 and also got 55% for gen and 50% for sc/st.

ya it is 100% possibility to write an NDA exam after 12th......
by this entrance exam they recruit candidates to army,navy and air force wings of the 'National Defence Academy'. And it is held twice a year generally in the month of the april and septembe. Eligibility: 1)nationality: you must be citizen of India. 2)age,limits,sex and martial status: you must be an unmarried male and have attained the age of 16 1/2 years and must not have attained the age 19 years on the 1st january or 1st of july of the year succeeding the year of examination. 3)educational qualifications: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination can also apply. 4)physical standards: minimum acceptable height is 157.5cms |

and should pass 12 th class exam and minimum acceptable hieght for NDA is 157.5 cm and this exam conduct twice a year whose notification come in employement newspaper!! |

Yes definitely, After 12th you are Eligible to join NDA. after 12 there are separate forms for commerce and science students for giving nda entrance exam ,and also the minimum age is required is 17 and maximum is 19 years the form out twice in a year around [ nov and feb ] once you clear the written exam , there is physical interview of 7 days in which for male - minimum height -5.8 is required .and some other criteria are there , you can know more about this in employment newspaper , when the forms are out. |

12 passouts or even 12th appearing students can apply for National Defence Academy examination.
Candidates must be a male indian candidate between age limit of 16 1/2 to 19 years on the year of commecement of course. Minimum educational qualification is 12th passouts or 12th appearing. For navy and aitforce wings, the candidates must have PCM at 10+2 level. |

To appear in the NDA exam you have to pass your +2 with pcm.While you are in 12th, you can appear in this exam as appearing candidate. if you want to successful in NDA exam you have to read the the math ,physics and chemistry of +2.For general knowledge you have to read some good G.K. book.I am giving you the name of some books that are as follows Physics Physics by H.C. verma (vol 1 and 2) Physics of NCERT (vol 1 and 2) MCQ in physics by Deb Mukherji Math Math by K.C. The Minimum Eligibility inorder to appear in the NDA exams is-: 12th Class pass of 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University. And the candidate should be physical fit as per the physical standards for admission to National Defence Academy. Age Limit-: 16.5 – 19 years. And yes you can go for it after your +2. Good Luck. |

NDA forms for NDA-1 examination has been already sold in the month of october and november, next time you can apply for NDA-2 examination which is going to conduct in the month of August. Notification for this will be published in Employment News or Rozgar Samachar in the month of june or later than june. For notification kindly refer employment news regularly after the month of may. National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II):
Age limit:-Only male unmarried candidates born between 02-07-1993 and 01- 01-1996. Educational qualification:- For Army, candidates pass with 12th in 10+2 pattern of school education . Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy, candidates pass with 12th in pattern of school education (OR) equivalent examination conducted by State Education Board or university with physics and mathematics subjects. Application fee: Candidates those who are applying online cash deposited in any branches of SBI of Rs 50/- (No fee for SC/ST candidates), (OR) online by net banking (OR) by credit/debit. Who are applying Offline Rs 100/- through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (CRFS) only. How to apply: The eligible and interested candidates have to apply through online or offline. Online Application Form: The interested candidates have applied through online from the website :- www.upsconline.nic.in on or before 09-05-2011 up to 11.59 PM. The Union Public Service Commission will hold the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2011 on 21st August, 2011 for admission to Army, Navy, and Air Force Wings of NDA for 128th course and for the 90th Indian Naval Academy course (INAC) commencing from June, 2012

The National Defense Academy Exam conducted upsc will held twice in a year and also called NDA1 and NDA2. The eligibility criteria for the appearing to the entrance exam is 10+2 having physics and mathematics as a main subjects. The age limit will be 16.5 to 19 years. yea you may appear in NDA examination after 12th but you have to fulfill all eligibility criterion like you age must be in between 16 to 18 and other. for different category you should fulfill the eligibility criterion.

AGE ELIGIBLITY - A candidate must be an unmarried male and have attained the age of 16.5 years and must not have attained the age 19 years on the 1st January or 1st of July of the year succeeding the year of examination. |
