Hello Vidhi,
Following are the eligibility criteria for admission in J.J. college of arts for interior designing: 1. You must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board 2.You need to have passed Intermediate Drawing Grade Examination of Directorate of Art, Maharashtra State (This does not apply to foreign candidates, who instead need to appear for Entrance test for first year). 3.You should pass an Entrance Aptitude Test conducted by the College. 4.A student from another Board/State will be required to produce a Certificate of Eligibility from the Registrar, University of Mumbai. |

You have to clear CAT test to secure admission at JJCollege of arts,Mumbai Please log on www.dte.org.in/arch/ for furthe details. Eligibility: You should have passed +2 with 50% aggregate Appear for CAT and get selected. But this time CAT exam is already over on 30.5.2010 and they are going to announce the results. For persuing 5 years Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) course from J.J. College of Arts.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have passed HSC/Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate for general candidates and 45% for reserved categories of /maharashtra. An Entrance will be conducted for admission.The entrance test will be such that XIIth Standard aggregate total 50 per cent of the actual percentage Intermediate Drawing Grade - A Grade 10 marks B Grade 5 marks C Grade - Nil. Entrance Test - out of 40. NOTE: Candidate those who have persued there class 12 from anyother board or state have to produce eligibility certificate from the registrar of Mumbai University. |

If you have scored minimum 50% marks in your 12th examination, then you are eligible for interior designing in J.J. college of Arts, Mumbai. So dont worry, after passing 12th you can apply for this colleges, if you have scored 50% marks........ |

Yes, for pursuing a bachelors degree in interior designing, the minimum qualification is 10+2 from a recognised institution . To pursue professional programme of 5 years duration offered by school of interior designing, ahmedabad, one of the best institute for the programme, the eligibility is 10+2 passed with 55% aggregate in Physics, chemistry Maths/biology and English.

Dear Friend
You must have to pass Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (State Board of Higher Secondary Education)/ an Examination of another University or Board recognised as equivalent. You must have to score 50% marks in+2 level.And you haveto pass an Entrance Aptitude Test conducted by the College. If you pass the exam then you will be taken .All the best. |

J.J college of Fine Arts is a premier institute for designing courses. This institute offers BFA(Bachelor degree in Fine Arts) in the following fields: 1.Painting 2.Sculpture 3.Metal Work 4.Textile Design 5.Interior Decoration 6.Ceramics. and MFA(Master's in Fine Arts) in Painting. The eligibility for BFA course is to pass 10(+2) exam from a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks. I have passed 3 year diploma course in interior decoration & design from govt.women.polytechnic.Bhopal now i want to degree in interior decoration & design can i get j.j college let me know the minimum qualification required, procedure and date of availability of form......

i m a student of std 10th and wants to take up interior designing but i dont know stream should i take after 10th std is it commerce or science and if science can we do interior designing through commerce as the cut-off for science is very high. And is there any alternative way??please reply..

In order to get admission in J.J. college of Arts, Mumbai you must secure 50% aggregate marks in your +2 standard.Besides this Admission to B.Arch courses is purely based on Entrance scores like- NATA, AIEEE.You mist concentrate on your fundamentals to score high in the exams. Best of luck.. |

Could you please guide me if I will be eligible for any Diploma course offered for Interior designing. I want to make my career in interior designing nd i got about 68% in 12 but my english speaking is weak due to dis i want to know dat can i eligible for this course... I got 62% marks in 12th sci. exam in pcm group 48% also elementry intermegat exam given in nata i got 57 marks but enterence exam not given.can i get admission for interior desig. or B.Arch?
