I am getting around 45 marks in BT section of GATE 2011.What can be my estimated rank and which colleges can I get admission into?

see, if get 45 marks in gate then you will have a very good gate score.

you will get gate all India rank near about 2000.

and definitely you will get very good engineering colleges like

1.nits.

Hi...Its good that you have appeared for GATE exam but its difficult to tell you the rank in this exam.It will depend upon the number of students in your batch that they have appeared for the exam.Well its a good score that you have acquired and can get admission in good colleges for your further studies.Don't worry you have done well and definitely you will get admission in good colleges though it may not be IIT.

about 97percentile are you except at the 45 marks.

no use of any score card U'LL end up doing M.tech Biotech then Phd then Pdf then your age will be around 28-34 yrs if all goge well an you did not got stuck up in doing useless JRFs or SRFs


for your sake leave the idea of biotech and start making your career or prepare for Civil services or Govt jobs pal

.You have done a really good job, its a very good score for GATE.

Being in this position you will get around 2000 rank but it depends on the batch also.

You can get into IITs or NITs.

you have done an excellent job. Your mark is good. You will get a rank near to 2000 i think.you will also attain good college .you don't worry.
I think you can get job in iit,or top universities
