After diploma, you can apply for all public sector jobs that mention diploma/12th as the basic qualification. Such job positions will be available in banks and government offices/departments. You can apply for clerical or apprentice jobs in these firms. Railways offer ample career opportunities for diploma holders in electrical engineering. You can find openings in PSU like BHEL, NTPC, EIL, etc.
