As you have completed B.Sc (IT).The better subject for you will be either IT/Marketing.This are two specialization course in MBA,that suit to your previous background stream.

So choose specialization according your interest among mentioned subjects.

Hello,
As you are from IT field then i would suggest you to go for MBA in HR or MBA in IT. These are the best option for you. These courses are offered by almost all colleges/B-school.
The fees structure for these courses are same as others. So i think you may go for it.
