How to apply for B.Tech course having completed 3 years Diploma course?

I have completed 3year diploma in mechanical (CAD) in U.P. I would like to take admission in B.Tech. So kindly will you please let me know how to apply in B.tech programme??

After diploma in engineering you can apply for B.Tech course. You can pursue B.Tech course through Lateral entry scheme. In order to apply for B.Tech through this scheme, you need to secure at least 60% marks in diploma level. Candidates should appear and qualify in lateral entry written examination as part of this. On qualifying this exam, you can directly join second year of engineering course.
