How to become a government lecturer after completing B.A LLM exam


hello, I have completed my ba.llb exam and I want to become a govt lecturer. What are the criteria for such a post and am I eligible to appear NET? What is the procedure for all this and how do I choose my subject? Plz help. Thankyou.
