If you are looking to be a hindi Professor after 12th you get two options to chosse:
1)PTC
2)Graduation and then B.ed

Can you please tell me at what stage you are? Means you are a student or already teaching somewhere or you are doing any other course so it will be more easy for me to help you understanding your situation

If you want to become professor of Hindi the you have to do following course:-
> B.A Hindi
> M.A Hindi
> M.Phil Hindi
> Phd Hindi
