Firstly you need to complete graduation after your +2 education. The eligibility requirements and application process are mentioned below.

Eligibility criteria:
- You need to clear graduation degree or equivalent education in any stream with 60% from any recognised university.
- The candidates who have completed their post graduation in aviation management with 60% from any recognised university.
- You need to have excellent communication skills, time management skills and many more skills.

Application process:
After completing graduation/ post graduation degree then you need to apply the airport authority of India. Airport authority of India conduct entrance exam every year. After clearing entrance exam based on the merit list you'll be appointed as airport manager in different managerial positions at different places.
