How can I cancel if secured MPharm seat through TS-PGCET?

Sir/Madam, I have applied for TS-PGCET for MPharm admission. However, I want to cancel my seat as I am getting admission for this course. I want to do this because of my family issue. So, please let me know that how I can cancel my seat?
