There is nothing to worry about failure of 12th in past

See after completion of written exam you will be called for interview

In that they will analyze your skills not go for failure in 10th or 12th

So please do not bother about these silly things

Just concentrate on the syllabus and your exam

After completion of written exam prepare for interview

Dear friends

You must have a good confidence levels

Then only you can achieve what you need or become

So you could apply for any upsc exam undoubtedly
