I'm pursuing degree final year BBM (Bachelor of Business Management) & i wanted to study company secretary courses. My graduation will be completed by April 2014 & after that i'm able to join directly into intermediary course but i wanted to appear in foundation program in June 2014, if i have failed this foundation course examination in June 2014, am i able to join directly in to intermediary course with graduation certificate.? or should i have to complete this foundation course first.?
And i want to know the subject wise appearance in this courses.

YES, You can take admission in the foundation stage of the CS programme

But you have to take admission by 31st August 2013 if you want to give the June 2014 CS Foundation course exams

You need to buy the prospectus from nearest ICSI centres and take admission

Fees is Rs 4500
Exam fees is Rs 1200

Eligibilty to apply for the CS Foundation course is:
>> 12th Pass in any stream
No minimum percentage of marks required in class12th

what will happen if i have pcm in 12th and opt for cs, should I'll face any difficulty
