How can I pursue MS from abroad after completing engineering degree in India?


sir i m doin(3rd year) my BE degr frm mumbai universty.. i wish to persue my MS abroad.. actually my academics are nt soo gud till nw.. n i hv heard dat aftr scoring veryy gud score in GRE TOFOEL , due to nt so gud acads , people endup wid no col in hand..
sir i wanted to ask, HW IMP R DESE PREVIOUS ACADS , n wat all universites does nt consider it...
i wish to do MS in telecommunications...

After the completion of engineering ,i have to do MS studies in abroad ..What is the qualifications?? means what is the minimum marks in 10,10 2 & as well is in BE???

sir i m in T.E now n i hav scored first class in ma S.E. I m a student who had persued diploma with industrial training. i want to do MS abroad i need ur guidance...........
