I have completed my paramedical course from Dehradun. How can I register in paramedical council in Himachal Pradesh

They can visit the official website and then fill the form online with all the particulars.
Once the form is filled they can submit it.
There is no need to appear for NEET .
Various institution conduct their own entrance exam for admission to paramedical course.
