As you are a Bangladeshi student, so you can study here in college only if you have Student Visa granted by Government of India.

You will have to provide all kind of necessary documents while applying for admission in any institute.

While choosing stream for B.Tech, you will have to opt for Civil Engineering branch.

Rest of the process will be same similar to a regular Indian student.
