How to do B.Tech in mechanical stream from open university? I am a BSc graduate

Iam a B.sc graduate. I want to appear in ESE, so i want to do B.Tech in mechanical stream from a open university as i am in government job. B.tech from Karantaka state open university will be consider as educational qualification?? If not then give list of open university those are consider as educational qualification for ESE???
