i have 56.00% in MA english now i want to do ph.d or mphil so what should i do and what is the last date of those course ,fee, duration,admission procedure please guide me about that

Any candidate with masters qualification can apply. In some of the institutes like JNU the minimum marks required is 55% in the same. However there are colleges like Ethiraj college in Chennai where there is no cut off. You need to check with the institutes near you on the cut offs. As part of the selection procedure you will need to score well in the entrance exam too.
