Hi for getting Lecturer job in Engineering Colleges you need to get good score in GATE exams, for Arts colleges you have to complete NET exams or SLET exams.
Better complete your M.E or M.Tech in a reputed institution for getting a well settled Lecturer job in a reputed institution.
