How to go for IAS after completing B.Tech with Information Technology
i have completed my b.tech with information technology stream in 2011.
i want to go for i.a.s i am eligible for this exam or not. if eligible then which subject i can choose. please guide me regard pradeep |

This examination Notification Published in the month of February and if you are interested then you can apply for this examination in February. Civil Service Exam consist three stages, Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam and Interview. For Preliminary exam, You have to prepare following papers those are as follows Paper-I is General Studies, Paper-II Civil Service Aptitude Test. But if you have cracked the Preliminary examination then you are eligible for Mains. Graduation in any discipline is the minimum requirement to apply for Civil services examination, You must have attained the age of 21 years and not more than 30 years. Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates. Mains exam consist 9 descriptive papers, You have to select two optional subjects for four papers. You have to choose two optional subject according to your interest. Eligible candidates may fill the application form online only from the UPSC official website, No offline application form facility is applicable for any candidates. You will get limited attempts to cracked this examination, so please prepared well as per the pattern and syllabus. -> General candidates: 4 Attempts -> OBC Candidates: 7 attempts -> SC/ST Candidates: No Limits. IAS exam is conducted by UPSC through Civil Service Exam. Required Qualification to join IAS you have graduate degree from a approved university. Age criteria-- your age should be 21 to 30 years. No. of attempts-- 4 for gen. Fee detils 100 for gen candidate and no fee for other. IAS optional subject---- [CENTER][U]General Studies

IAS entrance exam which has been conducted bythe UPSC department in may.
IAS is the Toughest entrance exam which has been given by the any Bachelor degree students. SElection process for IAS post: 1. Peliminary exam 2.Main entrance exam 3. Interview etc After the qualify the Preliminary entrance exam with good marks you have to call for the main entrance exam or interview. On the based of the your performance marks in entrance exam and interview you can get the job post/ MAIN entrance exam syllabus: MAin entrance exam syllabus are follows which you have need to do the preparation : 1. Compulsory subjects: General studies ( 2 paper 300 marks each) English qualifying paper ( 300 marks) Essay paper (200 marks ) 2. Optional subject ( 2 subjects selected ) you are from the computer science then you can select the optional subject : 1. Mathematics 2. Physics best of luck ! |
