i complete my mba nd now i want to go for mphil it is good for me or not

Hello! I've done MBA - HR , Marketing specialization under Bangalore University. I chose to take up HR as my career. I have completed MBA in past July 2013. 4th sem results are yet to be announced. I wish to do M. Phil and then Ph.D. So I want to know which would be better for me to take up in M.phil after my MBA in HR. How should I apply for M.phil and then to know about the universities and its Eligibility Criteria. And also I do not to keep a gap i.e to say I do not want to discontinue with my further Education. So please suggest me accordingly. Thank You.
