sir, i need to join BITS for M Tech. but i am not qualified in GATE 2013. can i join BITS without qualification in GATE? how it is possible?

There is only and only one option for getting into bits. You will have to clear gate.
You need to clear gate with good marks to get bits pilani.

if you have completed B tech from bits and got 80% marks then you can persue m tech from there directly.
