i had completed my diploma in mechanical engineering i want to join in computer and science engineering is there any scope for joining like that

Yes, you can join to the required stream through lateral entry admissions. Lateral entry entrance exams are usually conducted for lateral entry admissions. Those who qualify the test can join to 2nd year of engineering. Admission to the preferred subject is done on the basis of marks scored in entrance exam. Availability of seats is another criteria that determines your selection to computer engineering course.
