How to join Indian Army after choosing Science with Medical?
Hello sir i live in Himachal Pradesh and my name is Karan Pandey and my question is how to join Indian Army after choosing science with medical?

You can join Indian Army through NDA or CDS exam after choosing Science with Medical. After pursuing study through this stream, you can apply for Indian Military Academy or Officers Training Academy.
The eligibility criteria required for NDA exam are as under:- -The candidate must be a citizen of India. -The age limit for the candidate is 16.5 years to 19 years. -Only unmarried male candidate can apply for the exam. -The qualification required to join NDA is 12th class of 10+2 education system from a recognized board for Indian Military Academy and 10+2 with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics for Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy. The eligibility criteria for CDS exam are as under:- The candidate must be an Indian. -The qualification required for Indian Military Academy/Officer's Training Academy is Graduation in any discipline,Bachelor of Engineering for Indian Naval Academy and 10+2 level degree with Physics and Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering for Indian Air Force Academy. -The candidate age should be in between 19 years to 25 years. |

Yes, you are eligible to join Indian Army after choosing Science stream with Medical field. To be eligible to join Indian Army, you should have to pass 12th standard or an equivalent examination in any discipline from a recognised board. You need to apply and appear in NDA examination which is conducted by UPSC to join Indian Army. Since, you have pursued your 12th standard with Medical Science stream, you are eligible to appear in NDA examination to join Indian Army.

Yes, you can join Indian Army after passing 10+2 with science ( medical ) after qualifying in NDA entrance examination.
The examination is conducted by UPSC twice very year. The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed +2 from any recognised board. The age limit is 16.5-19.5 years. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to appear for examination. The examination is conducted in two stages and candidates after qualifying in both examination are eligible to join Indian Army. To join Indian Army after choosing Medical Science stream, you have to appear in National Defence Academy (NDA) examination which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) twice a year.
Eligibility criteria required to appear in NDA examination to join Indian Army is mentioned below :- ::> You should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination in any discipline from a Government recognised board. ::> You should be an Indian National. ::> You should not be less than 16.5 years and more than 19.5 years of age. ::> You should be an Unmarried Male Candidate. ::> You should be Physically as well as Mentally healthy. As per the information you have quoted in your query, you have chosen Medical Science stream in your 12th standard, so, you are eligible to join Indian Army through appearing and qualifying the NDA examination. |

Yes you can join Indian army after completion of 12th Science stream through NDA examination organized by Union public service commission.
Educational Qualifications required:- For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- ->>You have to pass 12th Class or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University. For Air Force and Naval Wings:- ->>You have to pass 12th Class with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University. |

The examination is conducted for recruitment of candidates in defence service. So, you are eligible to join Indian Army. The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recogised university in any discipline. The age limit is 16.5-19.5 years. So, you can appear for examination.
