Hello Sohail,
You cannot join Research And Analysis Wing(RAW) right after your 12th. For joining RAW one has to be a graduate. After that one has to clear Indian Police Service(IPS) exam. To join IPS one must clear the civil service examination organised by Union Public Service Commission(UPSC). The eligibility criteria for this exam is bachelors degree in any stream from any UGC recognised university. The age limit is 21-30 years and a relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years relaxation for SC/ST. So after completion of graduation you can appear for civil service exam to become an IPS officer. The top rankers may be selected for RAW. Best of luck

see first u must understand that what we see in real secret agent life is far more worse than wat u see in TV and then RAW is not a childs play for everyone you have to have sum special quality in u r shelf and u cannot join RAW, well raw choses u and mostly people in RAW are people from army,navy,special forces,ips,or any government body of thier choice and there is no such direct exam or like that to join raw.if u want to serve the nation there are many ways but dont lose hope one day u mite be recruited by RAS best of luck
