How do I confirm that my application for AIEEE and IIT has been received by the conducting authorities?

the only one way is go to the official site there is a option of app.status clich there and enter your application number you get information that you want.

just log in to http://aieee.nic.in/aieee2011/aieee/Online/AieeeAppStatus.aspx and enter your aieee application number and then you will know your application form status.
for iitjee application form enter to iitjee site and enter your iitjee application number and then you will know your application form status.
