Hi dear,

B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology, where you can go for engineering field in various courses. For choosing your courses, the sole aim should be your interest in what field.

If you are interested with computers you can go computer science and engineering, otherwise you can go for aeronautical if you are fond of aeroplanes and helicopters.

So, the basic thing is that you can do btech of your choice according to your liking, and interest.You should also see the scope of that trade in future, for eg. IT companies like Microsoft and Google paid huge salaries to workers, and also there is less prospect in case of chemical and metallurgy branch. While selecting you should see this also.

But make sure that you like what you are doing, if you have that interest in what you are doing ,no one can stop you.
