how to know the percentile in gate exam for 100 marks of paper???

To know your percentile score in GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) the thing you need to do is to use the formula below :

* Percentile score in your paper GATE paper = (Total number of students appeared in your paper - Your Rank)/(Total number of students appeared in your paper).

GATE Rank is not mentioned explicitly in the GATE Scorecard and there is not much significance of the same while taking M.Tech admission or job applications. What matters most is the GATE Score and Rank managed by the candidate in the examination.

Also, one cannot predict his/her percentile score , GATE Score, All India Rank based on the marks secured in the same examination out of 100 as depends upon lots of other factors.
