The required rank to getting admission into IIT Universities for different category as given below:::::::::::::::>>>>>>>>>>>

>> GEN = 527

>> OBC = 444

>> PD = 350

>> SC = 315

The cut off varies branch, category and home state wise as you have not mentioned the same in detail so it would be better to get 150 or above if you wish to get seat in lower or average NITs and if you want to get admission in top NITs then 230-250 marks should be there.
