Re: How to prepare for Campus Placements? What type of questions are asked?
Hi
Shruti Campus recruitment is one of the easiest way to recruit yourself. Because it is very difficult to get job once you passed out. so better you get placed in the campus recruitment. First of all, you need to prepare aptitude (basic mathematics)(generally aptitude used to be the first round), along with logical reasoning, basic english such as antonyms and synonyms, correct the sentence, comprehension, etc. And if it is a software company, prepare basics of C, C++, Java and data structure. Be aware of the current events as it will be very useful in GD round. Improve your communication skills as it is one of the main area they are looking for. Lastly, make your resume a very powerful one and when you face interview, speak boldly, confidence and dress neatly don't be shaby. All the best. |

If you are eligible then firstly there will be aptitude test: Quantitative reasoning and verbal reasoning. You need to qualify in these two sections because, there is sectional cut-off. If you qualify in aptitude test then there will be technical test followed by a HR interview. You can get previous year placement papers and the pattern of the question papers from www.freshers.com. You can get the pattern of placement papers for each and every company. All the Best! |

Re: How to prepare for Campus Placements? What type of questions are asked?
Hello friend,
There are certain steps in the recruitment procedure or the placement drives of companies. Generally, companies conduct an aptitude test, GD, PI, and HR interview order by. So if you clear one round you can go for the next round. Hence you have to prepare yourself for aptitude tests, Group discussions etc. You will also need to have good technical knowledge or the basic concept about your subjects. Different companies have different type of aptitude question papers, which you can get from various reputed sites like placementpapers.com, freshersworld.com etc. So prepare well keeping these things in mind.. Good luck!! |

Your aggregate should be more than 60%. You have some knowledge about c,c++,java and many technical courses. You prepare aptitude and improve your communication skills. You prepare resume perfectly. Dont faith reports included because questions come from these sections.
