How should I start preparing myself for District Collector from intermediate itself?

Is it possible to follow Maths or Science subjects in 12th or graduation before starting the studies to become a District Collector?
1.What steps should follow for this?
2.Is any subject compulsory in 12th or in graduation for preparing for district collector?
3.Even in 12th which subject should hove to focus more for becoming a district collector?

Civil Service Examination is conducted by UPSC. The examination is conducted for recruitment as an I.A.S, I.P.S, I.F.S etc.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

There is no limitation on discipline and aggregate to appear for the examination. So, you need to start preparation with making habit of reading newspaper and NCERT books. The examination is conducted in three stages.
