How to study LLB for 12th Science student?
Hi Sir, I am studying in 12th standard. I am interested to study LLB after completing my 12th. Please tell me how I can study LLB course? I am a Science student. Waiting for your response.

Yes, you can study LLB after 12th Science.
LLB stands for Bachelor of Law which can be pursued in two ways, one after 12th for 5 years and another after graduation for 3 years. The eligible candidate aspiring to pursue 5 years LLB Degree, must be an Indian national having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with 50% marks in any stream from a recognized board within the age of 20 years through cracking entrance exam like CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). |

You are eligible to to pursue LLB after completing 10+2.
You can sit for CLAT exam which is one of the most popular LLB entrance exam in the country now. CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test. This exam is conducted by the fourteen national universities periodically. If you want to pursue a career in law then you can give this exam for seeking admission in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Eligibility criteria: Candidate must be passed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognized board. Candidate must be secure minimum 50% marks. Candidate age should not cross the 20 years. Relaxation is available for reserved category. |

If you want to pursue LLB after completing 12th examination then, you should pursue BA+LLB integrated course after clearing entrance test. Direct admission is also possible.
You can also pursue graduation first then after LLB. For this you have to clear CLAT entrance test. You can pursue any of them. |

Obviously you can go for BA in LLB after science in intermediate. You just have to give the CLAT examination that is Common Law Admission Test.

Sorry you are not eligible for LLB after completing 12th standard. The minimum education qualification required to apply for LLB is graduation in any discipline from a recognised University. Being a 12th standard student you can apply for integrated LLB course, which you can study both the Bachelor Degree and LLB in the same University. The duration of the integrated LLB is 5 years.

No, you are not eligible to get admission in LLB course. The eligibility to get admission in the course is that :
Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. There is no age limit to appear for examination. So, you have to complete the bachelor degree to appear for examination. If you want to get admission in 5 year ( B.A LLB ) course after 12th from a recognised board then you are eligible to appear for entrance examination to get admission. |

Science student is also eligible to study Bachelor Course in LLB. And for that you have to qualify the entrance examination that is Common Law Admission Test.
If you will be able to qualify this entrance examination then you have the chances to get admission in top institutes of LAW. |

You are eligible to get admission in 5 year LLB course. Candidates passed 12th from a recognised board are eligible to appear for entrance examination to get admission in B.A LLB course.
The required minimum aggregate to appear for examination varies with examination. If you want to get admission in National Law universities you have to appear and qualify for CLAT examination. For information about CLAT examination visit at www.clat.ac.in. |

LLB refers to Bachelor of Legislative Law and as the name suggests same is a bachelor degree course after completing which a candidate heads towards becoming a lawyer.
Since, you are interested in pursuing LLB degree course after your Class 12th with Science stream then in your case you are eligible for pursuing LLB course of five years. Further, for pursuing same course from top law universities in India you need to qualify entrance examinations such as CLAT ( Common Law Admission Test ), DU LLB entrance examination, BHU UET, etc. by satisfying their respective eligibility criteria. |

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test. It is an entrance examination conducted by National Law University for admission in BA LLB course. Candidates who have done 12th from a recognized board in any discipline is eligible to apply for this examination.
Candidate should have minimum of 45% marks in 12th board examination to apply for this examination. Being science student, if you have required percentage then you can apply for next year examination. The important dates for this year examination is already over. |

You are not eligible to get admission in LLB course but eligible to get admission in integrated B.A LLB course.
Integrated B.A LLB course is five year duration course. The required qualification to get admission in the course is that candidate must have done their higher secondary from recognised board. There is no age limit to get admission in the course. Some of the best institutes for the course is :- NLU. BHU LPU. |

Being a Class 12th student, once you complete your Class 12th you will be eligible for pursuing LLB i.e; Bachelor of legislative law degree course of five years. Further, the minimum marks your need to secure in your Class 12th is 45% marks or 50% marks in case of some colleges
Also, for pursuing LLB degree course from top central universities of India you need to qualify their respective admission test such as DU LLB entrance test, CLAT, BHU UET for law course, CUCET, etc. For details regarding these examinations you can refer to their respective official links. |
