Yes, B.Sc holders have the option to join B.Tech course. They can join directly to second year of the program. This can be made possible through lateral entry admissions. Punjabi University, LPU, etc offers admission through this scheme. Detailed information on admission can be collected from the website of the respective University.

Yeah sure ,you can take admission in B.Tech after completing B.Sc course . You can directly appear for B.Tech entrance examination like IIT JEE , AIEEE or you can join through management quota or you can join through lateral entry examination .

Main top institutions offering the lateral entry through entrance examination based if you are secure good marks in your examination then you can get good college through your marks OR Even you can join the B.Tech course through management quota but they definitely ask the donation based on marks , if you are secured good marks in your B.Sc degree then you can easily get admission or you have to pay 1-2 lakh for admission .

Main engineering colleges offering the lateral entry programme , JIIT , LPU , IIIT-H , Punjab University , Thapar University , SRM University , VIT University ..etc.

Eligibility Criteria ::

You must secure at least 60% marks in your graduate degree (B.Sc/B.Sc Medical) or diploma (Engg) or equivalent qualification from a recognized School .

If you want to get admission in top institutions then you must secure at least 70-80% marks in your graduate degree .
