No you are not eligible for admission for M.A in Hindi,in order to study M.A in Hindi it is necessary to complete B.A in Hindi.

M.A is a Post Graduation Degree which is possible to apply for only after completing B.A in Hindi,that after completing Graduation,without completing a Bachelor Degree in Hindi it is impossible to go for a Master Degree.

Now as you mentioned you have Hotel Management,now Hotel Management is a complete different genre and one can not enter the course for Bachelor Degree in Hindi after completing Hotel Management,it has no connection with Bachelor course in Hindi.

Hence in order to do M.A in Hindi you will have to leave Hotel Management and start studying for B.A in Hindi after Intermediate course,after completing Intermediate it is necessary to start for studying B.A in Hindi
