i am working in a company which is in ramanagar district, i want to do my engg in evening as i have completed my diploma in mechanical engg. i have got 50th rank in cet, but during councelling they rejected my application by telling a rule that " if you want to do evening engg in bangalore,you should be working in bangalore itself".
