Please advice me about the format of igidr entrance test-m.sc eco..What sections are asked?Is it purely eco or other sections are also there?

though jnu and dse exams expect the students to have a good undergraduate training in economics, and therefore the micro, maths and macro readings of delhi university ba(hons) would be useful, it should be noted that to assure effective national representation, the nature of jnu entrance, particulalry of cesp, tries to test the aptitude of the student to the subject, by even using preliminay concepts.
chiang for math eco, dornbusch for macro, varian for intermediate micro and a good reading of contemporary indian economy, and hands on on economic survey might prove to be useful
in igidr, it is a diferent approach.
