sir i have scored 52% in 10th,69% in 12th,and 70% in Btech please suggest some it company for me in which i can work

Good to see that you have done engineering. It is a very good trade i said it because engineering student always find alternative way of learning. As you asked that what are the IT company that want less less than 60% cut off for the their recruitment process. So i like to say you that most of the IT company what the 60% over all criteria but some of them want 60% on b.tech only and other 50% or 60% on the 12th and b.tech and 50% on the 10th.

Some company want those criteria is like
Mindfire,
Wipro,
IBM ,
Ericsson
DELL
HCL etc. But if you do not able to get job on the big IT company like those nothing to worry you can try the small IT company after gathering some experience on the some field then you can apply for the post or vacancy on those big company. If you have experience then the education qualification merely matter. Your experience and work ability matter everything so donot get up set that you have less marks on the 10th. As i also see that you have good mark on the 12th and b.tech .

So In my opinion you must try those big IT company first then you can try the small company. After the experience you can apply the big company as i said before.

The best choice i can give you is dont bother about your graduation marks and start learing a new course so that you are specialised in a particular stream...

I think you are willing to go to IT industry than you should have good knowledge in any of the following programming
C/C++
JAVA
.NET...
because the competion is in such a way that the companies have got no sufficient time to train you from basics of everything like a spoon feed..
so its a better idea to go for it...

secondly dont go in a hurry as many of the people are in the queue to get in with better grades and talents...choose a wiser option..

I suggest to to write NACHTECH and PH tests

NACHTECH is an exam conducted by NAASCOMM organisation,its a collaboration of all software companies in india so that the score in it will help you a lot....

PH test is conducted bt E-LITMUS group...it is also a prestigious exam and many of the people might not have no idea in rural and small towns...so competance level is decreased and chances are more...
just log on to www.elitmus.com for registering for PH test and have a bright career...

60% of marks in important now to join IT companies. Even small companies are also asking for 60%.

Because there are more people who are looking for IT jobs and so even the small companies are also asking for 60%.

Moreover they are putting some conditions like
-6 months no salary
-2 years bond
-6 moths less salary as training and then screening test to give job.

but nothing to worry. there are some companies which give jobs for less than 60% student also.

But interview will be tough. You need to perform very high. Then you will get job.
