I have made a wrong entry in my IIT-JEE OnLine application form, which I have already submitted, but not sent the hard copy. What should I do now, please suggest.

I dont think its possible to change the entry as the message clearly said before you clicked submit button that you must check the entries before conforming..

Anyways dont worry if you have any serious mistake you will be notified by the JEE officials through a letter thus mentioning in it for correcting the errors.

So dont worry its not a big issue. or if you still unhappy then u can call up any of the IITs through the IVRS number given at the back of the propectus

yes .. you can correct it with blade or whitener

but i dont know, how it is possible to remove without any mark in form

it is not a problem ,, you can say about it ,, during varification

you are now a matured person, how can you do this?

i don't think so it can be change..now,

but the one thing you can do ask the concerned authority for the same,

before the registration process date overs.

i have written my name wrong according to 10 class certificate. is it possible to correct

after submitting the form you can not correct the form now. if you have done a major mistake than contact with the nearest zonal office of IIT by phone. tell them about your problem. then you will give you one chance later to correct your error.


but the error is minor then do not worry about it. they will not consider it as a error or they will correct it if possible.


but if you think that no i do not want to take any risk then i will suggest fill up a new form. do not make any mistake in this new form. you will not face any problem on this.

now choose the better option for you. best wishes for the examination.

instead of capital letter in mailing address I have written my name in small letters but I have only written 2 letters then apply whitener and corrected my mistake

By mistake I left the column of 10th passing year vacant in my iit jee form. But i hav attached an attested copy of class 10th marksheet.. Will my form be accepted?

i have sent my application to Delhi IIT whereas my centre of examination falls within the jurisdiction of IIT Roorkee. I have already sent my application through fax to IIT DELHI for sending the same to ROORKEE IIT , but no response is received. To avoid wastage of chance can I apply afresh before closure of the date. as till date the status of my application is not clear and the status shows application not received.

Is filling the initial before or after the name identified as different person?? like Vaishnavi G and G Vaishnavi different?? i have filled as G Vaishnavi in the board exam application while Vaishnavi G in IIT JEE application form.Will i have any problems later while submitting the marksheets?? I have filled the IIT JEE 2012 form online. By mistake, I had selected CBSE insted of State Board in the qualifying examination. The mistake was noticed after I had posted. Kindly advise.

As you have made mistake,you can not overwrite/correct your name on the same as it is violating the guidelines provided by the AIEEE.

Guidelines of AIEEE :-

Request for change/correction in any particulars in the Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

So, what you have to do is issue a another application form may be from off line or on line.

For on line form fill up you can visit :- www.aieee.nic.in.

Dear Friend,

If you have not send the hard copy of the final confirmation page of the IIT JEE application form then you can apply again online and can fill another form.
And at the time of filling the form try to do no mistake in the form so that your form will not rejected.

I Fill two iit jee forms online 2012

i made a wrong entry while filling the board of qualifying examination in IIT-JEE form.is it a matter of serious concern.how can i correct this mistake.

dont worry. i made the same mistake. but later called the zonal iit jee office to ask how to make amends. they said its ok. the application got accepted without it

I didnt attached my 10 class marksheet with the form and i recieved a letter from jee saying that the marksheet should reach us by speed post within 10 days..

There is no need to worry to much about this mistake.
If you committed this mistake, ask to the exam officials through their contact numbers. They would help you out from this problem. You can find Regional IIT Office Number from the official site of IIT-JEE examination i.e. jee.iitd.ac.in

-->you can join any course but you should be +2 passed with NON-MEDICAL (PCM) subjects.

-->duration of civil engineering under B.tech is 4 years.

-->but if you have done diploma then you can take admission directly in 2nd year through LEET.

-->Then the course will be of 3 years for you.

-->for getting admission in good colleges like IIT's,NIT's you have to crack exams like IIT-JEE,AIEEE with good marks.
