You have selected a good career option, don'nt woory prospect of MCA in India is promissing one,as the (IT) market,is heeling now.

The minimum eligibility criteria is you must have passed +2 with maths as a main subject.

For persuing the course from a good institute you have to crack various entrances like TANCET,AIMCET,IIT-JAM,JECA,MH-CET etc.

best of luck

It is a great choice as computer applicants are in a demand today in information technology sectors. So there are lot of job opportunities after completing your mca but its necessary you pursue them from the renowned university. It is a three year course. The eligibility required is bachelors degree in computer, mathematics, statistics, etc, depending on the institution. There is also an All India MCA Common Entrance Test organized by IIT, Roorkee. AIMCET is intended for admission on an all India basis or have seats earmarked for candidates from other states. Certain state governments (for state quota seats) and institutes (for management quota seats) have also indicated that admission to their MCA programmes will be based on the AIMCET Score.
All the best for your career.

After BSc. you can opt for MCA, but you should study Maths as subsidiary subject or main subject during your graduation. If you wish to have an IT career you can opt for MCA.You can get placements in MNCs after MCA.

Yes you are eligible for MCA after B.Sc..
But i think you should go for MSc.
MSc is good choice for BSc students ..
MCA is good option but it is not beneficial to you it is beneficial for those who doing BCA or complete their BCA course...
