As per my knowledge, Master of Computer Applications course is good course for you rather than MS in CS. Master of Computer Applications is a postgraduate Information Technology course. The duration of this course is three years. For this course candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized university. After completion of this course you can apply for jobs in given below employment area.
