The minimum age required is 18 years. Also the candidates should not be over 28 years. There are some relaxation in the maximum age for those who belong to SC/ST/OBC/Physically handicapped. The same varies from 3-10 years. You can refer to the notification for common written test conducted by IBPS.

If you are Interested in Bank Clerical examination, Then For this you have to complete your 12Th examination, Because 12Th is the Minimum eligibility to apply for Bank clerical examinations.

The eligibility criteria for clerical are vary form Bank to Bank,
Because Many Banks wants Graduation as the minimum eligibility
12Th is the Minimum eligibility too,
to apply for Bank clerical examination.

the age eligibility criteria are also varied , generally it's from 18 - 23/ proximately 25 also..
And the minimum percentage is 55-60 %..

Maximum BANK have same criteria for BANK CLERK exam.

You must be passed 12 th exam with any stream.

Your 12 th percentage must be above 50%

Also your age should be in between 18 to 28 years.

Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC candidate.

Dear,
If you want to become a clerk at banks then first check out eligibility to take Bank clerk Examination.

Eligibility
•-> 12 pass from any recognized board.
•-> Min. 55% marks in boards.
•-> Age limit - 18-28 years

So the min. age to take clerk exam is 18 year.

Minimum age requirement for bank clerical is 18 - 27 , 5 year relaxation for SC/ST and 3 year relaxation for OBC, and you have to be 12th pass with 60% marks.

hello dear, glad to know taht ypu are intrested in bank clerical examination. Normally your minimum qualification should be 12th with minumum 60% marks. The percentage of marks should be vary from banks to banks. Also you are eligible for the examination after graduation from a recognised university.
For preparation of clearical examination you need to thorough in mathmatics, english (like grammer, spelling etc), resoaning which is very tricky and also very easy and clerical apptitude. For preparation you can take admission in a good banking institution and also can practice from the solved clerical examination books.

Minimum age required to write the clerical exams is:

* Candidates should be the citizen of India.
* Candidates should have the age limit within 18 to 28 years.
* Candidates can have relaxation with 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/St candidates
* Candidates should be the 12th graduate from a recognized Institute.
* Candidates should have minimum 60% at 12th.
* Candidates should have some basic computer knowledge.

You want to apply for clerical jobs then you have to fulfill some criteria first..
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

*You must have complete the 12th or its equivalent from a recognized central/state board...
*You should have 60% marks in your 12th..
*Your age should be in between 18-28years..
For SC/ST the age relaxation is 5 years, and for OBC the age relaxation is 3years...
*You must be a citizen of India..

These are the criteria you have to satisfy..

The main objective of Bank clerk exam is recruiting candidates for the post of clerk in the respected bank which is conducing it.

Bank clerk exam is one of the bank exams and is conducted by many banks and for writing this exam the candidates must have got certain eligibility conditions and they are:

Eligibility:

-> Candidate applying must have a citizenship in India.

-> Candidates must have a age limit of 18-28 years.

bank clerical exam, is the platform for the candidates, who desire to get employed in nationalized banks in india.

In order to appear for bank clerical exam, the candidates are required to meet certain eligibility criteria.

Eligibility criteria:-

• the candidate should be the citzen of india.



• the minimum age limit is fixed as 18 years while the maximum age limit is 28 years.

-relaxation in upper age limit is there for candidates belonging to
sc/st, obc, pwd category and ex- defence servicemen.



•the general minimum academic qualification is 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or full time, two years diploma course after 10th without less than 60% aggregate marks or degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Relaxation in minimum percentile is there for sc/st, obc, pwd, and ex-servicemen candidates. The minimum percentile of marks varies from bank to bank. In addition, the candidates should be well-versed with english language.

Age Limits:

Not below 18 years and not above 26 years at the time of notification of vacancies.
Upper age limit is relaxable in respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Physically Handicapped persons and Ex-servicemen, etc

There are almost 19 banks are here, which conducts their corresponding clerical examinations through IBPS [INSTITUTE O BANKING & PERSONNEL SELECTION ].


For apply in this examination, you must have at least a graduation degree from a recognized college , what ever may be the stream is...

The minimum age limit required for appear in this examination is 18 years,.
the maximum age limit for the general candidates is 28 years,.
There are some years of the age relaxations are applicable in the maximum age limit criteria for SC\ST & OBC candidates...

The minimum age required to write bank clerical exam is 18 years and the max age is 28 years for General category candidates. Upper age is relaxed for reserved category candidates.

The Two Organizations which mainly conduct the Banking Exams ( Clerical as well as PO Exams ) are The State Bank Of India and the Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection.

The Age Eligibility Criteria for Both for Clerical exams are quite same as follows :

a) For General Category : 18-28 years.

b) For OBC Category : 18-31 years.

c) For SC/ST Category : 18-33 years.
