Re: Which is the most important among Civil, Criminal and Revenue Law?
Hi,
Regarding your question, its a tough one, nevertheless i would like to say that civil law is more important than criminal and revenue. Civil deals with individual laws regarding non-criminal laws, like consumer, contracts, property. They have the right to deal with many laws.As it is going to deal with federal and related activities, it is important. Criminal and Revenue on the other hand does not deal much. |
