Is it needed to apply for graduation after pursuing MBA directly?
Hi, After my Pre-degree in the year 1990, I have joint for the degree. But could not complete the same after failure. Later I went to Gulf and came back to India in 2001. Joined in a reputed Insurance company in 2003 in India and worked long 15 years and grown internally and reached an Asst. Vice President level. I was a National Sales Head and was managing approximately 100 member Sales Team since 2006. I have worked as Sales head, Sales Trainer, strategic alliances and Business development roles in these years in the Bancassurance department. During 2012-2014 I have directly obtained an MBA program from Sikkim Manipal University and passed in Grade-C. Do I require to obtain a degree is that my question for applying India jobs or Gulf jobs in Sales???

Re: Is it needed to apply for graduation after pursuing MBA directly?
If you have completed your MBA from Sikkim Manipal University through Distance Education or Online Learning, then it is as much equivalent and valid just like Regular MBA course completed from University.
If you have got marksheet and degree with you, then there is no need to again do MBA. Your MBA course will be valid in Gulf Countries too for upcoming jobs. |
