I failed my 12th exam from CBSE Board. Therefore, can I get admission in BA LLB after getting certificate from NIOS for High School? Or, will I have to give my 12th in next session?

NIOS stands for National Institute of Open Schooling. It is a central government recognized board for secondary and senior secondary examination. Candidates who pursue 10th and 12th from this board are eligible for any higher study exams, course or government jobs.

You can get admission in BA LLB course after getting certificate from NIOS. It is accepted by all government colleges and institutions in case of higher studies.

better option is to go for an integrated course as you can save an year.

because for integrated course the duration will be five years whereas it will take 6 years if you do two degrees separately.
